HUAYUAN Plasma Source.     
                                                       
100% (40ºC) rated duty cycle, suitable for work in heavy industry;   Adopt gas pressure sensor, the cutting torch can be properly protected when the gas  pressure is too low.

Adopt liquid flow sensor, the cutting torch can be properly protected when the  liquid flow is too low, and the liquid flow is displayed on the display meter. The gas pre-flow time, gas post-flow time, current up-slope time can be separately  set according to the torch cable length;

The plasma gas pressure can be adjusted on the panel, the pressure is displayed on  the meter, friendly operation. There is digital communication connector, can be connected with different  automation equipment.

With torch monitoring function, warning to change the consumables, to longer the  torch working life. Intelligent fan is used to reduce the dust. With automatic protection of over-heating and lack-voltage.

This control system is suitable for all kinds of flame / plasma, high-pressure water jet, laser cutting machine, widely used in metal processing, advertising, stone and other industries. 

The system is highly reliable and has the ability to resist plasma interference, lightning strike and surge. The practical flame / plasma cutting process, when plasma processing, automatically completes the corner speed control, and height controller control; remote control can be achieved by wireless remote control.

Arc Voltage Adjusting Control System
 

After this Arc voltage adjusting control system receives the cutting machine numerical control system's "cutting torch down" signal, or the system calls "positioning cycle start signal", it controls the torch to descend until the positioning switch is triggered, and then controls the torch to rise to the Initial positioning height.
 

After the positioning is completed, the controller will send a positioning success signal.

Bevel Cutting Structure and Precision Plasma Cutting Head

Q1: What will you do to control machine quality before shipment?
1. Test of cutting size and precision (1000mm size pattern error cannot exceed 0.02mm)
2. Closed graphic closure test (The start and end points of the graph are completely coincident)
3. Small circle speed test (Small circle with a diameter of 1mm, cutting speed is 30mm/s)
4. 72 hours uninterrupted aging test

Q2: When I got this machine, but I don't know how to use it. What should I do? 
Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, English detail training manual & video will be sent out together to you with the machine. 95% customers can learn by themselves. If you still need any further helps, our engineer can also guide you via wechat, whatsapp, skype or video conference for free. If still not workable, our engineer can go aboard to guide you, some charge is needed.

Q3:If some problems happen to this machine during warranty period, what should I do?

A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case or steel frame to fix the laser cutting machine. In the middle, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by wrapped plastic film.
