Pulse widths are typically in the nanosecond (ns) range, resulting in extremely short interaction times; heat does not have time to conduct into the substrate, keeping the heat-affected zone within 5-50 μm. This ensures no deformation, burning, or oxidation/blackening, perfectly protecting precision parts, thin sheets, and aluminum components.

Primary applications: precision mold cleaning, aerospace components, new energy battery tabs, cultural relic restoration, weld seam pretreatment, rust removal from thin sheets, and precision operations on complex curved surfaces.

Key limitations: Equipment procurement and maintenance costs are higher than those of continuous-wave laser models; due to pulse frequency constraints, efficiency is slightly lower than that of high-power continuous-wave laser cleaning machines in ultra-high-speed mass production scenarios involving large areas of thick rust (>200 μm).

CCILASER Pulse Laser Cleaner Key differences from continuous-wave (CW) lasers:
For removing heavy rust where minor substrate damage is acceptable (e.g., large steel structures), CW lasers are more cost-effective and efficient;
