Requirements for work environment
1) Environmental temperature: 5 ºC~35 ºC, air conditioning is required to be installed;
2) Humidity requirement: 40%~80%, no condensation, dehumidifier should be installed;
3) Power grid fluctuation: In areas where the voltage fluctuation of the power grid is less than 5%, automatic voltage and current stabilization devices should be installed. The grounding wire of the power grid should comply with the national standard requirements;
4) Foundation amplitude: < 50um, vibration acceleration:< 0.05g. Avoid large stamping machines and other machine tools nearby;
5) Pressure requirement: 86kpa~106kpa;
6) There should be no strong electromagnetic signal interference near the equipment installation site, and radio transmission stations (or relay stations) should be avoided in the surrounding area;
7) The working space of the equipment should be smoke-free and dust-free, and should be avoided from being placed in environments with severe dust such as metal polishing and grinding;
8) Some environments should adopt static electricity shielding measures such as installing anti-static flooring and grounding equipment enclosures;
9) When the ambient temperature drops below 0 ºC, the circulating cooling water inside the equipment may freeze, and the equipment may be damaged; When the equipment is stopped, the internal circulating cooling water must be drained, and during use, it should be ensured that there is no ice formation inside the equipment;
10) In situations with rapid temperature changes, condensation may occur on the YAG crystal end face and optical lens, resulting in stains and fog spots. It is important to prevent rapid environmental temperature changes. If it is difficult to avoid, please ensure that there is no condensation before using the device.
