Product Description

1. Feature:

This heavy-duty bending machine is mainly used for the bending and arc processing of metal profiles and irregular profiles made of iron, copper, and aluminum materials. It is an ideal equipment for furniture manufacturers, wrought iron engineering manufacturers, aluminum alloy door and window manufacturers, and decorative steel structure arc processes.

It can be used for rolling flat steel, angle steel, channel steel, square steel, T-shaped steel (including various materials such as stainless steel pipes, brass, or copper), especially for anisotropic profiles.

Adopting an imported control system with automatic detection and tracking functions, the circuit has high stability, is highly applicable to the working environment, and can be remotely maintained and upgraded.

The system is simple, and the bending accuracy is beautiful. It can quickly achieve automatic control of variable curvature arcs. The new four axis positioning system forms a closed space in the deformation area, minimizing the distortion and deformation of the profile. Cutting the bottom solves the problems of inaccurate bending of large materials, easy deformation of products, surface scratches, and wrinkles in the bending industry.
