Our height adjust system use the high sensor which can send out 12,000 signal per minute, while other height adjust system usually send out 10000 signal per minute.
Thus, our cutting quality is much better and cutting speed is faster than other factory when using the same power plasma source.
3.3 Equip two fans for exhausting the cutting smoke out
The front fan will blow the smoke to back and the back fan will exhaust the smoke out from the machine. It will be efficiency to let the workshop in the good environment. While other factory does not have this fan or only have one.
3.4 Three inspections before leaving the factory
Finally,we will put one 8GB flash disk into the package, when the customer received the machine, operator can check the video from the 8GB flash disk and then do the easy operation.

3.5 All our machine body have been processed by professional anti-rust treatment.

Q1: What will you do to control machine quality before shipment?

Q2: When I got this machine, but I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, English detail training manual & video will be sent out together to you with the machine. 95% customers can learn by themselves. A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case or steel frame to fix the laser cutting machine. In the middle, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by wrapped plastic film.
