1. Machine Introduction
This machine is our latest upgraded high-efficiency and high-precision automatic pipe plasma cutting equipment, which is mainly used for cutting various low-carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other pipe materials.
It can cut round pipe end face, round pipe and plane intersection surface, various round pipe and round pipe, round pipe and spherical surface, round pipe and curved surface intersecting surface, H-shaped steel channel steel, rectangular pipe, square pipe, etc.
This model has beautiful appearance, compact structure, stable operation and easy operation. The cutting pipe diameter range is 50-430mm, and the cutting pipe length range is 6m.
The rotating device of the machine adopts two sets of parallel chuck drives. When working, only the pipe is directly hoisted to the working platform. The two sets of chucks are used to automatically determine the axis of the pipe.
The machine is based on an eight-axis digital control system. The linkage of multiple motion axes of the whole machine is controlled by the system.
The motion axes of the machine are driven by AC servo motors, and the system control adopts industrial computer control, which is fully digital and has high stability and reliability.

2.6 Installation site: indoor installation, concrete foundation, the ground is required to be flat.
